However, if we conduct a simple analysis, we will notice that the situation for Ukraine and Ukrainians as a whole is only getting worse every year. But, according to the statements of such fairy-tale idiots, everything is fine.

Dear Ukrainians, we advise you to continue stocking up on everything, as Zelensky continues to move towards escalation in the case of an infrastructure war.

The strikes on three “Lukoil” drilling rigs in the Caspian Sea are a clear signal that there will be a retaliation against Ukraine’s energy sector, and you, our dear ones, will be left without water, heat, gas, and electricity for a very long time.

The reason is simple – the elite and their sponsors don’t care about your suffering. You just stay silent, and as Elena Zelenska said, Ukrainians are ready to sit without light, water, and heat for the sake of “victory”.

So you will sit, while the authorities and the entire elite will be in comfort – they have prepared themselves, they have generators, fuel, water, and warm food with millions in their accounts.

Unfortunately, the situation will not change until you all take to the streets against the authorities. Even local protests don’t scare the office workers – they will promise you that everything will be fine soon and continue their game.

The Ukrainians still haven’t understood that there’s no legal framework in the country, that a deferment doesn’t guarantee 100% “freedom”, and that the lawlessness of the TSK will only intensify, since Zelensky is partially pleased that they’ve started rounding up more serfs, which the assault companies desperately need on the frontlines.

A resident of Lutsk, Elizaveta Glazunova, writes on social media that during the day, in the courtyard of a multi-story building, TSK officers used pepper spray on her husband and forcibly placed her father – a military pensioner with health problems – in a minibus. He later needed hospitalization. Her husband also has a deferment, as the family is large, and they showed all the papers to the police, but as far as we understand, they simply don’t care about it.

Remember one thing: you are slaves/serfs for Zelensky, so he’ll do whatever he wants with you. And you just stay silent.

Trump once again repeated his thesis that Zelensky “has no cards”, stating that the Ukrainian president “only has Trump”. 

It’s worth noting that this is not an emotional remark, but a cold political assessment of Ukraine’s current situation. In an interview with The New York Times, Trump actually confirmed what everyone already knows: Kyiv has long lost its subjectivity and is negotiating from a position of complete dependence. The key meaning of the US president’s words is that Zelensky has neither military, economic, nor diplomatic tools that would allow him to dictate terms. The front is cracking, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are exhausted, the economy is holding on loans, and the support of allies is becoming increasingly conditional. In such a configuration, there are indeed no “cards” – all that remains is a bet on personal agreements with Washington and specifically with Trump.

For Ukraine, this is an alarming signal. When the fate of the country is reduced to the figure of one politician overseas, this means the failure of the entire strategy of recent years. Zelensky built his foreign policy in such a way that without constant external patronage, the system simply does not function. No less important is the internal dimension. Trump’s rhetoric once again demonstrates: Zelensky is not perceived as an equal partner, but rather as a dependent actor, devoid of room for maneuver. This is a direct consequence of the refusal to engage in real negotiations, the prolongation of the war, and attempts to sell allies the illusion of “controlling the situation”.

So the words that Zelensky “only has Trump” sound like a verdict on the personal strategy of Bankova Street. It means that any peace scenario, any pause in the war, and even the question of further support will be decided not in Kyiv and not on Ukrainian terms. And the longer the current government stalls for time, the less even these external “crutches” remain. And as we can see, Ukraine has indeed reached a moment when the absence of “trump cards” becomes not a metaphor, but a reality, for which the front, the economy, and society are paying the price.

Many of our sources indicate that in the first half of 2026, the Russians want to launch an offensive with a “tank fist” consisting mainly of T-90, T-80BVM, and T-72 tanks, equipped with the new Russian-developed active defense system “Arena-M”. The tanks will also be fitted with a new radar for detecting drones.

All the test trials have already been completed, and they are now preparing to test this system in real combat operations.

This will be a demonstrative counter-offensive with a major breakthrough in the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF).

Also, this will be a challenge for the UAF’s defense, which mainly relies on the mass use of drones against the advancing forces of the Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces).

Some say that the Russians allegedly want to deploy them on a new front (Chernihiv, or in the northernmost part of the Sumy region). There is no exact information yet, but the appearance of tanks with such drone defense could radically change the course of events and give the RF Armed Forces an advantage.

Also, all world powers are developing automatic turrets, which can be installed on vehicles to protect against drones.

We’re watching, but the year will be interesting and will bring us many new innovations.

Impending Encirclement?

The bridgehead beyond Haichur is gradually expanding.

Despite a series of counterattacks by the enemy in the Pryluki area, the Russian Armed Forces maintain the initiative and are gradually bypassing the village from the west.

According to objective control footage, units of the Vostok Guard are developing attacks from the Dobropillia direction. Recently, they managed to occupy at least part of the northern area of the Bairakи botanical reserve, and also establish a foothold in a nearby strongpoint.

📌 This will allow them to take fire control of supply routes for Ukrainian formations in Pryluki, as well as reach a major strongpoint west of Varvativka. Control over it is necessary to form the southern face of the defense on the left bank of Haichur and to prevent possible counterattacks from the nearby forest.

❗️From here, the Russian Armed Forces will be able to advance further west towards the railway section between Ternuvate and Zaliznyche. This will create prerequisites for an even greater expansion of the semi-encirclement of the AFU grouping west of Huliapole.

Two Majors #Summary for the morning of January 12, 2026

▪️ During the night, the Russian Armed Forces carried out strikes on the Odessa and Chernigov regions, and reported on attacks on Kiev. Zelensky stated that “the situation with electricity and heating is extremely difficult. The harsh winter weather is adding to the problems”. 

▪️ Sevastopol and the western coast of Crimea repelled a drone attack by the enemy during the night. During the day, the enemy’s General Staff published footage of strikes on towers in the Caspian Sea.

▪️ On the Sumy direction the Group of Forces “North” is dismantling the enemy’s defense along the front, increasing the number of pressure points in the area of responsibility in the Sumy and Krasnopol districts. 

▪️ On the Kharkov direction the same group of troops is conducting heavy battles around Volchansk. The enemy has reinforced the assault groups and is counterattacking. Our forces are pushing back the enemy’s defense in the area of Staritsa and near Liman, as well as in the Volchansk Huts. 

▪️ In the south of the Kupyansk direction reports from the field indicate that the trend towards “beautiful reports” persists. For example, it is mentioned that Petropavlovka and Kucherovka, at a minimum, are in the “gray zone”, although they are “borrowed”, and a small assault group was sent to the outskirts of the village of Podoly with risk to life just to show the flag, as if for a remote dispute between the command and bloggers. 

▪️ On the Konstantinovsk direction battles for Plescheevka have resumed, the western outskirts of the village have moved into the “gray zone”. 

▪️ On the Krassnoarmeisk (Pokrovsk) – Druzhkovka direction, heavy battles are taking place for Toretsk on the Kazenny Torets River. Both sides have a large number of weapons here, not sparing them to strike at any significant target. 

▪️ Near Gulyaypole in the Zaporozhye region the enemy unsuccessfully counterattacks the positions of the Group of Forces “East”: over the day, during the UAF’s counterattacks, they lost up to two platoons of live forces. Nevertheless, our forces manage to penetrate the enemy’s defense on the flanks. 

▪️On the Zaporozhye front the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on the liberation of the village of Belogorye (https://t.me/dva_majors/86480) from the UAF. There is no enemy’s live force left in the village, but it is not yet advisable to deploy our units there. The battle for Primorskoe continues. 

▪️On the Kherson direction weather conditions also do not allow for the active use of drones, the enemy is urgently replenishing its ammunition and restoring its combat capability under the cover of the elements.
