Yes Brandon there is a purgatory.
Nothing in the Bible makes sense without it.
“The way is hard and the road is narrow that leads to eternal life” says Jesus in the Gosp3l., you dont just pop up there when you die unless you have completed your journey on earth.
But this verse clarifies it even further: “… and you shall be cast into prison. Amen I say to you, you shall not come out from there till you have paid the last cent.” Matthew 5: 25-26.
What do you suppose he means by that definitive statement?
Put the two quotes together and you realise there must be a purgatory for those who die in sin but do not merit eternal hell.
Brandon Biggs is creating his own scripture. Nowhere in the Bible does it say there is only heaven or hell, and the above two quotes from Jesus Christ himself strongly point to a place of purification if you die in a state of venial. ie lesser sin.
