I am a Targeted Individual trying with all my might to stop Gang Stalkers who lie and steal from Targeted People for myself and my family and for all the Targeted People and I have kept track of the crimes of humanity and injustice done and behavior and reactions of people and done my psychic medium crime tips on it to get it all stopped as they are harming a lot of targeted people who post about what Gang Stalkers do all over the internet. I was a real estate agent in these years and did a lot of planning and preparation to sell and buy for 5 years and thats why when I bought a million dollar house in May 2005 it went so smooth, and I was a private person who did not tell everyone my business, and an introverted deep thinker and planner as a realtor and I did all my homework and preparation to sell and buy myself as a realtor and I planned this for 5 years and readings say Gang Stalkers lie and lie ” she just ran and bought a house so quick without thinking and it was too much for a newly divorced too thin young single Mom and they were so worried when they heard she did that they decided to help out by running her and her kids out of the house as they thought the house payment would be too much, and they planned to set her up to get a hold of her finances at banks and her mail at post offices because she did that so fast without thinking and thereby take her pay since the set up targeted date in mid 2009 and do this to a lot of newly divorced Single Mothers when they file and if they buy a new place fast and say they think thats irresponsible for a too thin newly divorced young single Mom to run out and buy a house or rent a big place and say they need to manage finances and mail secretly by lying they did all that without thinking”. When it was all very thought out when I bought a house in May 2005 that I planned to stay in the rest of my life, and it was my 4th property I owned and said ” this is the last house I am ever buying and it went smooth and perfectly by all my planning and preparation as a proffesional real estate expert as I knew what to do to sell and buy and readings say they rob me blind by lying about everything I did so well and do this to a lot of people by fraud secret reports they use to steal money from banks and to steal money from mail they take from post offices, and by looting ups fed exes sent to targeted individuals by fraud papers and they steal paypal cash app venmo by hacking, and lie they are covering finances for Mothers who did not know what they were doing when they filed or bought a house so quick and that’s why they take all their pay away. They say then they ” YANK” out the home equity that’s supposed to be the Mothers half and say we are using this to pay people to sit on spy cam bugging and hacking equipment and security cameras at the cheap low income housing rental we ran her and her kids to down the block from the house she hastily listed and sold after filing for a not needed divorce. They say they sit on parking lot bugging equipment, and place spy cams all over low income rental buildings, and sit stealing everything the Mother earns, and her jobs sent in the mail and ups and fed exes and by emails, and say to one another ” The Mom can rot there as shes a very bad person to us for filing and for selling the family home and for hoarding the house equity and for buying a lot of stuff and we do not care what happens to the Mom as she stinky dam deserves to have to live in a cheap small rental with her kids, and too bad if they will all suffer as we say they deserve for that to occur by the way the Mom lived, as she should not have filed for  a divorce, and she should not have sold the family property where the Dad once was, and we hate them for being that way, and for their actions to act single suddenly with totally new hair, make up. and clothes, and to for getting to thin by dieting and we loathe them with all our might and say they are very bad persons for doing all that stuff so fast so we sit on spy cam hacking bugging equipment and security camears of nearby intersections, and take nearly everthing that is theirs, and do that on purpose for one year as we tell the low income rental offices that we need a cheap small place for this Mom who wont receive her community property from the family home or condo or townhome she sold as we are covering finances secretly so she will barley have money to live as we are doing a CPS Secret Court in home investigation on the Mom and her finances so in 1 year approximately she will loose full custody of her entire family and we will arrive with many papers when that day arrives, and surround the Mother and children by us gals in our nurse uniforms with case workers and male medics and papers on clip boards to remove custody and force relaxing shots to wisk them away so fast to a nearby hotel or motel or lodge or cabin rental even depending on what is close to the rental, and we take them to Court hearings in our vechicles at times or did for many years, and tell Courts we need to take custody away from the Mother because shes not motivated and does not have income to provide. When really they sit there with money the Mom made by her work and her jobs they stole from the mail, and her paypal cash app venmo Western Union Go Fund Me payments they stole that are sent by the Mom working her tail off on the internet, by her writing letters, and doing job applications and by sending resumes’ etc. as they steal everything a Mom earns and frame them to look like they do not have income to provide when they have her money they stole sitting right in a bank right in front of their faces and they outright lie to frame Moms to take custody away, and do this to a lot of Moms in the Country readings say and readings say they often say ” they will run them to a main Park, and make them homeless, and then keep taking their mail, and they steal the Mothers Welfare Checks, Disability she would not have needed to ever apply for if she was not robbed, and they steal that Government money from her mail they pick up at postal loading docks by the park they say they hearded her to as they treat people like animals and not like human beings as they commit Crimes of Humanity and discriminate against women who are Single parents which is not allowed under the Fair House Discrimination Act, you are not allowed to run people out of their house or apartment based on a Single Parent Maritial Status etc. and they do it secretly so they are not charged for violating The Fair Housing Law Act. Readings say they also steal their food stamp cards sent in the mail such as SNAP, California Fresh and they buy food with stolen food cards and bring the Moms they made homeless in Parks crackers and water, and readings say they buy grocerys with stolen food cards at markets, and drop bags of grocery off to Moms they ran to cheap rentals and to sober living/transation type houses and they act like they bought the food and pretend they are helping when no the Moms food card bought the groceries, and readings say they steal gift cards also that are the Mothers, and they buy Pizza and Donuts with gift cards, and drop them to the house or rental where the Mom is and act like they paid for it when they did not as they do not give the Moms any credit at all ever, and they loot their ups fed ex gifts from trucks with fraud papers that are the Mothers for her hard work shes done, they steal work thank you presents, and victims presents sent for her and her children by her letters shes sent explaining what happened to them, and their Go Fund Me Money shes raised for her and her kids to live the way they did before the gang stalking was done to them, and they steal all the victims money and the childrens Christmas Presents even, and even cars sent to Mothers and older children who drive that are sent for the victimized familys by spy cam, hacking, bugging equipment and security cameras they sit on at intersections by where the Mother lives, and they lie they help a lot of Mothers and their kids when no they do not, they are the ones harming them, and they rob the money sent to keep stalkers away, and wear clothing presents they looted, and shop with Shopping Mall Gift Cards sent for the Mothers work and letters and resumes’ etc. and rip off their business P O Boxes and steal every penny with hatred for Single Moms who filed for divorce. They find 80 Moms to target in many of their gang stalker Zones, mapped out by zip codes, and they search for new listings each day to see who listed a house to then check to see are they single Divorced Mothers? or Moms who filed for divorce? how many kids do they have? and they get the divorce filing list names sent to them and check to see how many children they have ? and they do quick background checks to see what they appear as on their Drivers Liscense, and they check to see how much house equity they can steal from the Mom? and what is her income is? as they target high earners to rob them blind. Then they put the bugging equipment on the porches and 5 spy cam cameras on the porches to steal what they earned, and by spy cams in mail boxes, and they loop bugging recordings and frame them with fake recordings with A I voices, and lie they need to do an in home investigation inside the familys residences, and steal their work calls by phone bugging, and hack and rob what they earn, and steal their mail from mail boxes on posts by gang stalker women who frame them in fraud reports who describe where they go and what they wear wrong to make them look bad, and they frame high earning hard working Moms to look like they cannot provide as they sit there with their money they made in a secret bank account, and run them out of house and home, and all call to set up a not needed CPS DCFS etc case file by lying at the same time on the Target Date they planned out, and they do it many ways, as they also aim all over the towns where the targeted people are, and they aim ” got a house payment up for grabs you guys, you can move in on this date and pay the house payment for a few months then we will record it in your name, as we are running the family out and have it all planned out, so she wont be selling the house or moving back in as we are saying we need to get a hold of the Mothers finances, so go ahead and move in on this approximate date, as thats the date we are setting the Mom up to CPS or DCFS”etc. and they record propertys in people names readings say by fraud reports that lie they needed to get a hold of finances of the Mothers so she cannot have this propery any longer, as they sit with the Moms money that would pay months of the Mortgage Payments, and someone goes on title and the Mom looses her equity she made in the property, and that could be half a million or $400,000.00 she planned to receive someday when she sold, and they take the home equity out by a second loan or refinance they do into the person name who moved in and made payments, and tell the person just pay the minimum payment and do not worry as you can own it as long as you go along with what we say, so do not say we took a few hundred thousand or more out in a sccond loan as thats private, and by the way thats our pay too and yours for helping to remove very bad persons from society, the Moms we hate who filed for a divorce, and who bought a house that cost too much and who bought a lot of stuff etc.

Gang Stalkers ran us out of the house I bought in May 2005 that I knew I would a million dollars in equity in, and readings say they are still lying about the house I bought in the middle of May 2005 and lie ” a too thin young single Mom who filed for divorce bought a house that cost too much without thinking so we had to get a hold of her finances because she did all that” etc. 

The true story is I prepared to sell and buy for 5 years by updating the two story tract home to make more selling it to buy another house for my family as a real estate expert who knew what to do to sell and buy, I was the neighborhood expert in our two story tract home area and sold about 10 homes there as I got my real estate liscense in 1999 Nancy G Fox-Taylor so each day I ran the comparable sales in the two story tract home neighborhood, and figured out what to do to the house to make more selling it to have more money to buy another house, and in 2000 I had exterior paint done and new garage doors put in, and then a couple years later I had a new tile roof put on, and tile floors done downstairs, and landscapced and decorated with the plans to sell and buy another house, and realtors know when you spend money on your house you get it back when you sell and make money by money you spent usually, and in February 2005 I finished it off with new interior paint, new carpet, and had tile done in the kitchen, and I got it ready for 5 years to list and sell it and ran a lot of Seller Net Sheets to see what I would make selling to see what I would have to buy another house with, and I worked on my fico score for 1 year preparing to buy another house, and I had a 790 fico score and almost $400,000.00 equity in my two story, and I sold many homes and some estates so I had the income to qualify and I got all prepared as a real estate expert selling and buying her own properties, and found the perfect house in May 2005, and I wrote the offer and the $40,000.00 deposit check, and that hour I faxed my offer to my mortgage brokers from our house, and they got me loan approval with Countywide Home Loans, and I ran my Buyers Payment Estimate Sheet and they did that was the same. and it went very smooth when I bought a house in May 2005 by all my years of preperation, as I had the equity in the two story from the work I had done and my money I invested into it, so I had the down payment, the fico score the income and loan approval. I got a swing loan from my two story that I used for the rest of the down payment, and I updated the one story with it and bought furniture with it we needed, and I shopped to buy a house for 4 years before I found the right house that went so smooth, and my payment ended up being $2,650.00 a month with a $100.00 second and it was not going up for 7 years from May June 2005, and it went absolutely perfect as I was a smart realtor who sold and bought their own properties. Readings say they rob me blind for over 20 years by lying about the house I bought.

To ellaborate on this. Gang Stalkers do fraud reports to The County Recorders, and Bank, and Post Offices etc. they do on single Moms they hate who filed for divorce who they set up to be a not needed CPS DCFS type case file. Readings say the fraud reports say ” This Mom could not handle her finances and lost full enitire custody of her family so we are managing her property and money and mail due to her actions and say she was not thinking straight or doing things in an appropriate matter and her bills and house payment outweighhed her income so we are managing finances and say we have control of her money and mail, and can make descions for matters without her knowing based on our in home investigation” etc.

When really they frame Mothers who make a good income who can pay their mortgage and monthly bills as they rob their income by bugging phones and steal work calls the Moms earned, and steal their jobs they generated and money they earned out of their mail box on a post, and put their money in secret accounts, and tell lies like its community property on hold, and they steal ups fed exed jobs and money of the Mothers off their porches by spy cameras and frame Moms who filed for divorce to look like they cannot afford their property or bills to set them up to be a not needed case file, and say they keep stealing what they earn from then on, from the set up date to frame them to look gravely disabled by making them broke by putting their money in secret accounts, by hacking and taking their paypal cash app venmo etc and by looting their jobs and money from ups fed ex deliverys, and the whole problem the Moms have is they are robbed.

My story once again is:

Jan 2000 I was legally seperated like a divorce filed in the Court, and all community property and assets were split then.

I paid the mortgage and bills alone as a single Mother and I was supposed to get $1,800.00 a month in child support and did not, I paid for everything myself, and I paid to update the two story tract home myself with plans to sell it to buy another house when the time was right and when I found the right house.

I started searching for the right house on the real estate MLS in 2001 to have a bedroom bath down or one story for my Mom to live with us as she told me in 2001 thats what she wanted to do, and all our bedrooms were upstairs at the two story tract home so I knew I had to sell it and buy another house so my Mom could live with us when she needed to. I previewed homes when the right type of houses came up on the MLS, and I wrote 5 offers on properties from 2001 to 2005 and the house I bought in May 2005 was offer number 6 so this was a long process to sell and buy as I was updating the two story tract home at the same time I was looking for a house to buy.

In 2004 I refinanced the two story tract home to get 20 thousand out to finish updating it with carpet tile and paint to list it to buy aniother house. I had the updates done to complete the house in February 2005 when the refiance loan funded then listed it the first week of March 2005 to sell it to buy another house. I worked on my fico score starting in Dec 04 and got it up to 790 to qualify for a new mortgage on a new house. I told my mortgage brokers in early 2005 who I did a lot of real estate business with I was selling and buying in 2005 so they knew they would be doing a mortgage on a new property for me,

Also, I was not a too thin young Single Mom. I was close to my normal size that I was in my 20′s in the 1980′s and I was 45 years old in 2005. A middle aged Mom.

In April I saw the perfect house listed on the MLS that was about 2500 square feet on a street I knew as I showed a property on it, and it was the style of home I was searching for to buy, and in the same City County and School District as our two story tract home where we lived 8 years, the house was 2 miles from there, and exactly what I was looking for as it had a spirtual ambiance like a writers retreat, and large oak trees and Church Bells chiming and it was a one story with a clay tile roof, and just what I had searched for for so long on the Real Estate Mulitople Listing Service for 4 years as a realtor looking for their own house to buy for their family. It came Back on the Market in the middle of May 2005 and I was so happy when I saw it as a ” BOM” means Back on Market, on the MLS and they happen to have an Open House that day we went to and I wrote a full price non contingent offer and a $40,000.00 3 percent deposit check, and I faxed my offer right to my mortgage brokers that hour who got me loan approval to buy the house, and they gave me a payment estimate that hour that was the same as my payment estimate I ran on the Real Estate Buyer Payment Program, and I ran my Seller Net Sheet to see what I would net reducing the two story tract home to $750,000.00 and I reduced my two story tract home to get it sold as the real estate listing agent on my own house, and I got a swing loan from my two story house for about $300,000.00 that went in Downey Savings and I wired the rest of my deposit from Downey Savings and wrote on the slip the two story tract home address and wrote it was swing loan equity from the house. I had about $100,000.00 of my two story tract home equity money in Downey Savings that I used to update the one story I bought when it closed escrow in the middle of June 2005, and we moved in around July 1st 2005 then I spent about $3,000.00 of it on family room furniture we needed for the house. My Mom wanted to go on the one story with me and did with her assets, and that saved me $330.00 a month on my mortgage payment, and we opened a joint savings account at Downey where my swing loan money went from my two story tract home. The two story closed escrow in Oct 2005 and the swing loan I borrowed from it to buy the one story was paid off in escrow with my seller proceeds. My payment ended up being $2,650.00 a month on the one story and I had a $100.00 second that was $200.00 in 2006 and my bills were about the same as the two story tract home I had paid for over 5 years alone as a single Mom realtor, so it all went perfectly and there is nothing to tell about it, I was very happy with the house I bought for my family and with my mortgage payment that was not going up for 7 years, until 2013 and I would have refinanced before then, and I planned to live there with my family happy ever after. The mail box on a post in front of the property was vandalized and smashed broken onto the ground in 2005 and this was done again in 2006. My Suv was broken into and $500.00 worth of property was stolen by a car break in. A thousand dollars worth of clothes I bought in 2005 went missing from the house including about 4 pairs of True Religion jeans that were about $100.00 to $200.00 each. Stalkers stalked the street and mail box, they parked and stared at it and one stood by the driveway, and I was stalked when I drove also. Two or our cats went missing Labor Day 2008 when stalkers had been there, and after 4 years of this victimizing I was lied about when my suv had broken down, and someone sent DCFS to our house that week obviously to make me look bad by my suv being broken down, and I was set up to DCFS by lies that were dismissed without prejudice in Court in 2009 and do not receive mail or money as I should since I was set up.

In 2009 I started writing many DCFS Victimizing Fact letters for money for the Fox-Taylor Family, and I asked for money to keep my real estate business going that I built up for 10 years, and for a car and for money to keep it going even for referal fees, I needed to pay my cell phone bills, and buy a lap top as two crashed when there was a power surge at the one story in fall 2008 which was probably hacking gang stalkers. I also asked for B of A mortgage money to pay the one story mortgage and for lawyers money etc. and no money ever came that I was trying to raise to get things straightened out. The house foreclosed in 2012. My readings say gang stalkers sat there with money to pay the mortgage up that was sent by my 3 years of letters that they stole from mail, ups and fed exes readings have said. Readings say they stole Bank of America mortgage money sent for me to pay the mortgage up, and readings say they have stolen almost 17 years of Fox-Taylor Family Stalked Victims Money thats mine and my two daughters to split in 3. The reading guides say I could have paid the whole mortgage off on the house in 2009 by letters I wrote and sent with facts of what was done to a very nice family, and to a long time sober over nice Mother and her daughters.

Readings say gang stalkers ran around lying ” oh my God Nancy Fox the realtor single Mom bought a house for a million without thinking we gotta run them out because that was so dumb and stupid, and she should not have done that as her house payments gotta be 5 grand by the zillow estimate so we gotta set her up to DCFS and run them out and get a hold of her finances beccause she did that”

When what I did was smart and very planned out and my mortgage payment was not high, and it all went perfectly , it was the perfect floorplan for my family, the perfect location, and everything went great and I was very happy about it.

They say they do not see it as lying to the Country Recorder in brief reports a paragraph long and to banks and post offices they are just saying what they think about everything (WHICH IS WRONG) They say if a Mother whos too thin suddenly by a not needed diet whos young who hurries around buying alot of clothes thats bad ( when people should say how great the Mom lost weight on a diet, and bought a lot of clothes to dress for sucess, as people invest in clothes to be succesful and they are happy they loose weight dieting,) They say they tell them these are their brief thoughts on the Moms who want to record houses on in someone elses name, as they think they spent far too much updating a house to sell it and on a house they bought they think cost too much, and they think they were wrong to do all that so fast ( when people update a house often fast to get it ready to sell and often update a house they buy fast and buy furniture for it they need, and these are normal things a person does when they sell and buy) and they lie the Moms are young single Moms when some are middle aged in their mid 40/s to 50 years old and they are NOT young Moms, and they are not too thin as they are their normal weight for their height, and they say they tell them these are are thoughts on this person, and thats why we want to record their house in this persons name as we think the Mom spent too much on a new property, and on furniture and clothes, and we say she would have put the family in a hole, when it was just spending during the year they sold and bought, and got the new house set up, and thats normal for people when they sell and buy, and temporary and they are done spending.
