If he does not bathe nor shower, it may be because of his hair-perm. He has long hair from the back of the skull which are pulled forward over a bald or semi-bald head. Only a skilled hair dresser may reproduce the correct ‘Trump hair-cut’. That may explain a part of it.
For the rest of the foul smell besides simple body odor, we are entering into an other domaine which is frightening to comment about.
