Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams (18) hands off to running back D'Andre Swift

The Chicago Bears knew Thursday they would be down to key wide receivers against the Green Bay Packers in Week 16.

More News: Bears set to bring back key player for Packers game

Rome Odunze (foot) and Luther Burden III (ankle) will miss Saturday night’s game against the Packers. The Bears and Green Bay are fighting for the first place spot in the NFC North with two games remaining in the regular season after the contest.

The Bears listed running back D’Andre Swift as questionable to play the Packers with a groin injury on their final injury report of the week on Thursday.

Per Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Swift will play Green Bay.

“Now official: Josh Jacobs is active. Meanwhile, Bears RB D’Andre Switt (groin) is active as well,” Pelissero posted.

More News: Bears just won trade with the Chiefs

Per the Bears, six players were made inactive for Saturday night.

Odunze, Burden, linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga, linebacker, Ruben Hyppolite, quarterback Case Keenum, and defensive lineman Jonathan Ford are inactive.

It’ll be interested to see how the Packers and Bears feature their lead backs. Per Pelissero, Jacobs isn’t 100 percent before playing. However, he wanted a chance to play given the dire circumstances of the division.

“Packers RB Josh Jacobs will be active tonight against the Bears, per sources. Jacobs continues to battle a knee injury,” Pelissero wrote. “He was on crutches Monday. He didn’t practice all week. But with the division potentially on the line, he’s going.”

Swift isn’t 100 percent either, and it remains to be seen if he’ll be a major factor for Chicago. Kyle Monangai might be the featured back. He’s the Bears second-leading rusher with 681 yards and five touchdowns on 146 carries.
