The Chicago Bears enter Week 15 needing to earn a win over the dismal Cleveland Browns as they push for a playoff spot.

The Bears entered Week 14 with the No. 1 spot in the NFC, but things turned rather dramatically after a 28-21 loss to the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. Chicago fell to No. 7 in the NFC with a 9-4 record.
With the Packers, San Francisco 49ers, and Detroit Lions coming up after the Browns, the Bears need to claim a victory on Sunday, as Cleveland is the easiest win available on the remaining schedule.
The good news for the Bears is that they may have cursed the Packers before they play the AFC West-leading 11-2 Denver Broncos.

Teams that have faced Chicago this season have gone 2-9-1 in their next game, only a 21 percent win rate. The only winners were the Lions over the Baltimore Ravens and the Ravens over the Miami Dolphins. Both Detroit and Baltimore beat the Bears.
Based on that stat, first-year head coach Ben Johnson and defensive coordinator Dennis Allen appear to be game planning pretty darn well this season. They’re exposing their opponents.
Other teams are looking to the Bears for answers on how to beat teams. Of course, Chicago’s relatively easy schedule helps out as well.
The Bears have big games to plan for
Most NFL teams have found the blueprint to stop the 3-10 Browns. The Bears should be able to come up with a competent plan to stop rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders. The trouble will be finding a way to neutralize star pass rusher Myles Garrett.
After losing to the Packers, the Bears should be plenty motivated to beat Cleveland.
Following Sunday, Johnson and his staff will need to find ways to continue to exploit opposing coaches if they want to make the playoffs. The Bears will play two teams in the Lions and Packers who have already beaten them earlier this season by a combined 38 points.
