RSR Mock Draft Tracker: Spencer Fano a Popular Pick at 14

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

With the 2026 NFL Draft set to start two weeks from today, mock drafts are in full swing.

Plenty of the experts have chimed in on who the Ravens might take in the first round, so let’s take a look at some of the names being linked to Baltimore in the latest mocks.

Spencer Fano, OL, Utah

ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr., ESPN’s Field Yates and The Ringer’s Todd McShay

Kiper’s analysis:

It appeared this pick was going to Las Vegas. Instead Baltimore will still be on the clock at No. 14. Fano is steady as a pass protector, with double-digit starts at each tackle spot. But with 32 ⅛-inch arms, he might actually slide inside at the next level.

Yates’s analysis:

The Ravens lost Pro Bowl center Tyler Linderbaum to the Raiders in free agency, while starting guards (Daniel Faalele and Andrew Voorhees) ranked 32nd in pass block win rate last season. Baltimore signed guard John Simpson to a three-year deal, but it could continue to beef up its interior offensive line with this pick.

McShay’s analysis:

Dating back to Ozzie Newsome’s days – and continuing with Eric DeCosta – patience on night one of the draft has been a signature of the Ravens’ front office, which frequently has had its best picks come from standing pat and letting a great player fall into its lap. Fano at 14 would have a similar feel.

RSR analysis:

Scour the internet for mock drafts, and Fano’s name is far and away the most common one for the Ravens at 14. It is easy to see why. The Ravens have multiple holes to fill along the offensive line, and Fano has the versatility to help in multiple ways. Fano is also one of the top overall offensive line talents in the draft, so while adding him would satisfy a need, a selection of Fano would not feel as if the Ravens are forcing a need over more talented players.

Jordyn Tyson, WR, Arizona State

NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah:

Tyson would be a fun new weapon for offensive coordinator Declan Doyle, who might see some similarities between the Arizona State product and a player he coached with the Bears last season, Luther Burden III.

RSR analysis

Tyson is a tough one to project, as he was impactful when on the field in college, but enters the NFL with major injury red flags. The Ravens do need more talent at the wide receiver position, so there is room for a new addition to make an impact, but whether Tyson can stay on the field consistently enough to make the impact remains to be seen.

Franis Mauigoa, OT, Miami

CBS Sports’ Pete Prisco:

He has played right tackle but has the look of a dominating guard. They have had great success moving college tackles inside to guard over the years with guys like Marshal Yanda.

RSR analysis:

Good luck finding another mock draft with the Ravens selecting Mauigoa. Jeremiah, for example, has Mauigoa going off the board at third pick to the Arizona Cardinals. Mauigoa does not usually make it out of the Top 10 in mocks. He is one of the premier offensive line talents in this draft and doesn’t turn 21 until June, so there’s a lot of growth ahead still for the young lineman. There is a minor medical issue that is something to monitor as the draft approaches, though. If Mauigoa is available for the Ravens at 14, it is easy to see Eric DeCosta being enamored by the talent. As Baltimore’s line stands today, Mauigoa would likely slot in at right guard as a rookie.

Kenyon Sadiq, TE, Oregon

ESPN’s Peter Schrager:

What better way to show Lamar Jackson and Ravens fans that the Baltimore offense isn’t going anywhere without offensive coordinator Todd Monken or former TE2 Isaiah Likely than by drafting a supreme talent like Sadiq? One of the stars of the combine, Sadiq ran a 4.39-second 40-yard dash, the fastest time for a tight end since at least 2003. He also caught 51 passes last season, the most ever by an Oregon tight end. Mark Andrews is back in Baltimore, but he’s now in his 30s, and this offense likes having multiple impact players at the position.

RSR analysis:

Sadiq is a rare athlete at the tight end position, there is no denying that. The Ravens also have a glaring need for a pass-catching second tight end to replace Likely. Both of those statements make Sadiq a potential option in the first round. Sadiq does come with some caution, though, as he had a drop rate of over 10% last season, which is cause for concern. Sadiq fills a need and is an athletic, young (just turned 21 years old) player, so there is upside, but the question is: does his upside outweigh his risk?

Which of these players would you prefer at 14? If none of them, what would you like to see happen? Let us know below!
