Caitlin Clark fights back tears after emotional moment
WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark couldn’t contain her emotions after seeing her signature shoes being used by other players on the court.
On Friday, Clark pulled up at the 2026 EYBL games at the Las Vegas Convention Center and supported her former team, the All Iowa Attack U17.
Clark watched the AAU team eke out a 49-45 win over the Drive Nation. Also, she fought back her tears when she saw a player wearing her signature shoes.

,” Clark captioned the photo on her Instagram story.
Jazlyn Rhodes from the AIA U17 team was rocking the purple colorway of the Nike Caitlin 1.
The 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year winner became a Nike signature athlete last year before she debuted the signature line on the court on June 18 against the Atlanta Dream.
Its design features her athlete logo of “CC” and jersey “22,” which carries a combination of a Cushlon midsole infused with a forefoot Zoom Turbo cushioning for maximum comfort and fit.

Caitlin Clark announces sneaker giveaway during the WNBA All-Star Weekend in Chicago
Clark’s long-awaited release of her signature shoes to the public will be on Oct. 1, but some fans will have first dibs on the pair.
In a recent series of Instagram stories, the former Iowa standout revealed that she’ll be giving away five pairs of her signature sneakers all over Chicago.
“Giving away 5 pairs of my new Caitlin 1s!” she wrote. “Some in person giveaways, some hidden drop offs
.”
The Fever star spearheaded Team Spoon in the basketball festivities on Saturday night, as they collide with Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers and the rest of Team Coop at the United Center. This was her third straight WNBA All-Star appearance as a starter since her rookie season in 2024.
Clark helped lead her squad to a 129-122 victory. She recorded 17 points on five three-pointers, with four rebounds and five assists.
