Just found out today, somebody drew him into a what now is CONSPIRACY.
They ALLEGE that Brett KNEW he was collecting Monies from a #Welfare #Fund for Speaking payments that would of course NOT be allowed under said Program.
HOWEVER, it seems most OBVIOUS (Occums Razor) that Person(s) that SHOULD BE POTENTIALLY CHARGED AND LOCKED UP FOR FRAUD are those who mis-used the Funds from the Fund to Pay Favre – NOT BRETT! And, FACT IS, Brett agreed, and has, PAID BACK THE FUNDS THAT SOMEONE ELSE ILLEGALLY USED TO PAY HIM and frankly that seems RIDICULOUS to me – WHO had ACCESS to that WELFARE FUND and was able to TAKE MONIES FOR ANY REASON out?!?! And how/why are THEY not behind Bars for FRAUD instead Brett having to testify before #Congress for yet another FRAUD AND ABUSE of Taxpayer monies (some low-life landed up getting him involved in)?
There MUST BE MUCH MORE OVER-SIGHT and CONTROLS on these abused Programs as some people’s SLUSH FUNDS rather than Legislated intent (as well as the Programs cut/eliminated when/where UNCONSTITUTIONAL to begin with and are SUPPOSED to be left to CHARITY GROUPS to raise funds self (not use Govt Communists TO STEAL MONIES to abuse via Taxation) and distribution.

COMMUNITY (Voluntary (Free Will), Charitable, lift UP, etc.) Biblical
COMMUNISM/SOCIALISM (Forced, theft redistribution, tear down, etc.) IS NOT

Let’s get this straight… A MALE (no question, BIOLOGICAL MALE) Murders his 11 month old Step-Daughter (so, Married, to a Woman, no question he was STRAIGHT MALE at time of Crime) wants Sex-Changes to now PRETEND (HIS bodily DNA won’t change) to be a Woman so can then transfer to Women’s Prison to finish out HIS Sentence in what likely HE presumes a nicer/safer place.

This is NOT a MEDICALLY NECESSARY LIFE SAVING MEASURE, it is ELECTIVE SURGERY. So, what’s next, do Men and Women both get to demand ELECTIVE BOTOX PROCEDURES so they can look their best during, what, Prison Groups “Group Photos”?!?!? Hair plugs? NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY EITHER, but hey?!?! LET ME REPEAT WHAT SHOULD BE OBVIOUS: HE committed a Crime AS A MALE, was Sentenced to Prison for said Crime AS A MALE.
