Courts of Corruption & Injustice for All: What is the real purpose of the "justice" system?

Why is it that using the court system as we know it could actually do more harm than good to you?

I’ve been reading a book recently called The Great American Adventure, Secrets of America, Political History of Government and Law.

It was supposedly written by a retired judge. He gives the history of the court system and gives an inside look as to why the courts can actually do more harm than good. The reason I think this is a very important subject at this point in time is because I see how free speech rights are under attack. It is currently evident in the alternative and conservative news reporter and broadcaster circles.

In my opinion, the same hammer that is squashing their free speech rights will likely also target the “average” citizens’ ability to speak out about their government or on various social/moral issues.

Imagine a day when you receive a fine or jail time for simply posting your opinions on social media platforms. Let’s take a look at Alex Jones as an example. They didn’t like what he said. I think the biggest mistake he made was to run and get a lawyer. And that’s all becoming clearer to me. The outcome of his case is they are shutting him down. They’re taking everything he owns.

It may be Alex Jones today, but it will be John or Jane Doe next—and don’t think going to the “courts” will help win free speech rights—the courts are set up to work against the people—NOT for the people.

Fighting for free speech is going to be more difficult than you realize. While it is worth fighting for, I am not so sure it is through the court system.

The retired judge explains the history of the courts. Let me say first out of the gate, I’m not an attorney. I am not a law professional, and I don’t know much about law in general. I’m not giving you recommendations on how to conduct transactions with the courts. I’m sharing information that I recently read about how the court system is conducted and what their true reason for existing may NOT be what you think.

I urge to take the information and do more research so that you can increase your own knowledge on this subject.

Most people believe when they are wronged, they should go get an attorney and file a lawsuit. This judge reveals how if you do this, you need to understand that you’re going to be up against a corporation that really has no interest at all in justice.

Here are some of the points he discusses: Just as I’ve explained how our so-called government is a money-making corporation—the judge says the court system as we know it is no different. He said all of the courts are also mini corporations—money-making entities.

This gives the courts the upper hand. If you followed any of my mini-reports on the UCC (Universal Commercial Code), you know the government’s endgame is to get you to sign contracts that wrangle you into their hoodwink game.

This judge states that everything in America is about contracts. He said the American Bar Association is a foreign union and its members (the attorneys that pass the BAR) work in concert with the courts because they have been issued a license to practice this so-called law and it obligates them to work for the good of the courts—not their clients. The judge stated that the attorneys are beholden to the British Crown, the Vatican, and the Rothschild banking system—because they are over all of the courts. He said essentially attorneys swear their allegiance to these foreign powers, which in turn really means they give their allegiance to them, not the people.

According to the judge when you hire a lawyer, you are in contract with him/her and you have handed your sovereignty over to him and additionally, you’ve given him a Power of Attorney to represent your voice and your interests—AS HE SEES FIT—in their court system that was created NOT to represent your interests.

The attorney’s job is to increase revenues for the court because it is a “corporation”—whose endgame is to make money.

 The judge said that you are immediately placed at a disadvantage because you’re telling the judge through this attorney, “I’m willing now to enter your ‘corporate corrupt court system’ and I’m going to let this character represent me and because I’m willingly doing this, I am also willing to accept to be under your jurisdiction and any corporate decision you make, I’m willing to accept it.”

 So when you enter a lawsuit, BE AWARE, as this is exactly what you are doing.

The judge also said contesting a suit can put you in harm’s way. While he did not go into the details of why this might be, if you read between the lines and you use the courts’ procedures to contest a suit—in my opinion—this action alone could be giving legitimacy to the suit, the court, and their jurisdiction over you.  It would seem that as soon as you do that, you’re automatically entering into their system by default.

I believe that if you do not opt out of a process properly, you could get into more trouble. It seems you really need to know what you are doing by understanding the court system and removing yourself from the corporate court properly by giving some sort of a notice that states this fact.

At this point in my study, I have no idea how you do that. I do know that there are people that are doing it; although, I caution you heavily that you really need to learn what you’re doing first so that you don’t get yourself in a much worse scenario.

Again, I’m not telling you what to do or don’t do. This is all my opinion, all based on what I studied in the last couple of days reading the judge’s work.

Let’s fast forward to that social media post I spoke about earlier. Let’s say you said something negative about the government and they deem it as misinformation and disinformation. I really believe these days are right around the corner, and while the natural thing Americans do is file a lawsuit, I’m sorry to say I’m not so sure that’s the best way to go at this point.
