Murtaugh, Apopka, Florida announced on his news program he met with FBI in Florida, with TBI present on the phone, and identified the female in the photo as an adult and “closed” the case. An FBI doc in U.S. Court shows Murtaugh talked about himself being James ‘Whitey’ Bulger,” Holmseth said.
