The RICO complaint contained several Defendants including a former U.S. Military man and federal officer, along with someone who is not an American citizen, and detailed a murder and cannibalism event committed by Hillary Clinton against a little girl. Czebotar told Koukounakis about a group that claimed they worked with Gen. Mark Milley and Gen. Michael Flynn.
