In March 2016, self-described 9-11 expert-witness Field McConnell, Wisconsin, appeared on the Richie Allen Show and formally announced that he was traveling to Baldwin, Wisconsin to notarize his sworn statement that Donald Trump, the Republican candidate for President – running against Hillary Clinton, conspired with Hillary Clinton and McConnell’s sister, Kristine Marcy, to attack the United States on September 11, 2001.

The plot against America was underway.

By 2026, with the plot to destroy Donald Trump having failed, the United States had devolved into a hellscape of judicial terrorism and a full-on coup by satanists and Luciferians determined to overthrow the United States of Government – whatever the cost.

On November 10, 2023, Binnall Law Group, representing the family of Michael Flynn, notified the U.S. Court in New York that the Flynn’s former attorney Steven Scott Biss, Virginia, had suffered a ‘medical emergency’ and his office was ransacked. Binnall also notified the court that files were missing.

Following the [so-called] Steven Biss medical emergency and robbery, Manuel Chavez III (aka DEFANGO), who states he is an employee of the “State Department” in Nevada, began posting live videos wherein, while chatting in the sidebar with Attorney Biss’ wife, Tanya Biss, openly admitted that he (Chavez) had remotely downloaded the entire database of files from Attorney Biss’ lap top. Chavez said the Virginia BAR Association and U.S. State Department were involved in stealing the files. Chavez also implicated “Jesse Binnall” and members of the Flynn family.

The U.S. State Department’s blackmail operation was underway.

Tanya Biss subsequently contacted War Correspondent Timothy Charles Holmseth (a Biss Law Office client) and told Holmseth that her husband, a Canadian with no Green Card, is a “spy” for the “CIA” and had been since the 1980’s. Tanya Biss said part of the CIA operation was to rig cases and lose on purpose so legal precedent would be set – forever protecting the media from losing in the U.S. Court.

Tanya Biss also told Holmseth, ‘The Plan’ as described by “Q” and/or “QAnon” was to weaponize a massive trove of child rape and murder videos that were held on the Pentagon computers.

On September 1, 2017, retired CIA officer, Plaintiff Robert David Steele and his organization, Plaintiff Earth Intelligence Network, both represented by Attorney Steven Scott Biss, sued Jason Goodman, Queen Tut, and Mercia Francis for Personal Injury – Assault, Libel, Slander.

On December 10, 2019, Dan Bongino, through his attorney Robert Craig Buschel, sued The Daily Beast LLC, for Personal Injury – Assault, Libel, Slander. On February 23, 2021, Bongino hired Attorney Steven Scott Biss to object to the court’s award of attorney fees to the Daily Beast.

On January 2, 2019, [FBI JEFFREY EPSTEIN SEX TRAFFICKING WITNESS] Timothy Charles Holmseth, through his attorney Steven Scott Biss, sued [REDACTED UPON THREAT OF KIDNAP/ARREST OF TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH BY STATE OF FLORIDA AND STATE OF MINNESOTA] William Kevin Murtaugh, and Karen Denise Gaur. Biss RIGGED IT by missing a filing date.

Attorney Biss was referred to Holmseth by CIA Robert David Steele. 

On December 12, 2020, Kash Patel, through his attorney Steven Scott Biss, filed a defamation lawsuit against CNN.

On January 30, 2020, The Fresno Bee reported, “Unpaid bills and legal discipline: Devin Nunes’ lawyer questioned over ethics in complaints”. “Republican Rep. Devin Nunes has filed seven lawsuits against media companies, activists and the investigative research firm behind the Steele Dossier. He alleges they conspired against his re-election and harmed his reputation,” the article said.

“The attorney representing Rep. Devin Nunes in five high-profile defamation lawsuits has a history of using questionable tactics in litigation, including claiming to represent people who did not know him. “You file a suit on behalf of somebody you never talked to? I mean that’s astounding. That’s astounding,” Judge Matthew F. Kennelly of the U.S. District Court for Northern Illinois scolded Steven S. Biss in court, according to a transcript. “I mean, I’ve never heard of that happening in my life. Have you?”” the Fresno Bee reported.

On March 26, 2021, SALON reported, “Two family members of Michael Flynn [Jack and Leslie Flynn], Donald Trump’s short-lived national security adviser turned conspiracy-theory firebrand, filed a $75 million lawsuit Thursday against CNN, accusing the cable network of besmirching their reputations. This comes in response to CNN’s accurate reporting on the Flynn family’s recitation of a far-right, QAnon-associated pledge called “Oath of the Digital Soldier,” which Flynn posted to Twitter last July 4.”.

On November 19, 2021, Randi Lynn Erickson, Pro Se, requested an Injunction for Protection against Craig Randall Sawyer, Robert Hamer, and [REDACTED UPON THREAT OF KIDNAP/ARREST OF TIMOTHY CHARLES HOLMSETH BY STATE OF FLORIDA AND STATE OF MINNESOTA] (Case Number 0:21-cv-02536 – Minnesota) after Erickson and Timothy Charles Holmseth (Erickson is Holmseth’s escrow agent) began receiving threats of kidnap, torture, and murder – including taunts that indicated Defendants were responsible for Erickson’s husband suddenly developing cancer).

Randi Lynn Erickson subsequently retained Attorney Steven Scott Biss who told Erickson he would handle the Erickson vs. Sawyer case. He didn’t. He RIGGED IT by failing to file. Biss subsequently advised Erickson to upgrade her claim against Defendants to a RICO action. Biss authored a formal COMPLAINT that detailed racketeering activities that included a sworn statement by Jessie Marie Czebotar wherein Czebotar says in the 1980’s she eye-witnessed Craig Randall Sawyer and Hillary Rodham Clinton torture 4 little girls with scalding hot water whereupon Clinton ripped the Pineal gland from a child’s head and ate it while the child was alive.
