would the Alliance mitigate any attacks, and as well have existing frameworks in place to prevent any potential attacks?

As well, has the Alliance hardened their OODA loop with a cyber resilient infrastructure? With the Alliance being global, would allies mitigate any attacks through an already established “safety net”?
