This talk of an American security guarantee for Ukraine is very troubling. While the world may celebrate peace on the horizon, the reality may be Trump is doubling down against Russia by providing the key to US involvement in a hot war. If Trump gives a security guarantee, then any false flag or controversy could be used to drag the US into the shooting. I say, “drag,” but it would really be at the whim of Trump or a future president who would be onboard with whatever trigger event is engineered.
