Angel Reese will be first pro athlete to walk in Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Chicago Sky star Angel Reese just completed her second season in the WNBA as questions linger about the future of the team this season. Despite the struggles the team had, Reese had another good year and she will be facing another busy offseason ahead.
That includes making some history early on this offseason.
Angel Reese to walk the runway in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
On Thursday, Reese took to social media to reveal she will be the first pro athlete to walk the runway in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this October. Reese shared images of her stunning in lingerie that she will model during the show on October 15th.
The 23-year-old also announced a global partnership with the iconic brand. The two will work on collaborations moving forward.

The show was revived in 2023 and will air its third addition since then on October 15th in New York City. KAROL G, Madison Beer, Missy Elliott and TWICE will headline the show as performers.
Angel Reese has expressed interest in modeling before
While Reese still has a lot of basketball left in her career, she isn’t shy from sharing future plans. That includes showing an interest in modeling.
And she’s racked up another endorsement deal in the process as The Athletic points out:
Reese, who has previously said she would love to model in addition to her athletic endeavors, announced her intent to enter the WNBA Draft with a Vogue photo shoot. She made headlines when she attended the 2024 Met Gala, then played in a Sky preseason game 24 hours later. She returned to the Met Gala in 2025, this time as a member of the host committee.
Juicy and Victoria’s Secret join a growing list of brands connected to the 2024 WNBA Draft’s No. 7 pick. Brands Reese has deals and collaborations with include: Reebok, Barbie, Topps, Beats by Dre, Tampax, Amazon, and PlayStation. In September, Reese joined co-founders Alex Morgan, Sue Bird, Simone Manuel, and Chloe Kim as members of the ownership group of the women’s sports media and content company TOGETHXR.
Reese continues to get involved in endeavors outside of basketball with this just being the latest case.
