Caitlin Clark turns heads for what she did during WNBA offseason
Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark is much more than a typical basketball player. She became a household name in college by scoring more points than any other player in history. By the time she graduated from the University of Iowa, she had scored 3,951 points. This remains the highest total ever by any player—man or woman—in first division college basketball.
When she started playing professionally for the Indiana Fever in 2024, she was an instant success. The 24-year-old guard broke several rookie records, including most points and most three-pointers made. She was also named WNBA Rookie of the Year after leading the Fever to their first playoff appearance since 2016.

Last year was a mix of big wins and tough luck for the young WNBA sensation. She was named an All-Star for a second consecutive season. However, a series of lower-body injuries restricted her to 13 games while her team reached the semifinals. She last played on July 15, when she injured her right groin.
It was the first time in her career that she had to sit out for an extended period for rehabilitation. But even while sidelined, she remained close to her teammates, offering support and cheering them on from the sidelines.
Caitlin Clark sets social media ablaze with sharpshooting workout
On Tuesday, the Fever guard sent fans into a frenzy after a video showcased her famed scoring ability. In the clip posted by the Indiana Fever on X, Clark effortlessly sinks three-point shots after shot during training.
“22 getting buckets
… Caitlin Clark went 22-for-25 from beyond the arc after her workout today,” the team wrote in the caption.

Fans couldn’t contain their excitement and took to social media to praise Clark for her standout performance.
“The future goat of women’s basketball back on my timeline,” a fan commented.
“Caitlin ‘The Machine’ Clark. Can’t wait for the new season,” another wrote.
“Goat is back,” a supporter said.
“Can’t wait to watch her with Team USA this month,” another commented.
“Making it rain,” a user wrote.
“She’s freaking cool!!!!!,” another said.
The latest footage shows Clark back in the team facility and in top form after a lengthy rehabilitation. The two-time All-Star hasn’t lost her touch, and her sharpshooting looks as deadly as ever. Her elite scoring is something Team USA could use in next week’s FIBA qualifiers.
Clark was among those selected to represent USA Basketball in the FIBA Women’s World Cup Qualifying Tournament in Puerto Rico. This international competition will mark her return to the court after being sidelined by injury.
