Caitlin Clark had no words after big Indiana Fever move on Sunday
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are now less than three weeks away from the start of the new WNBA season. The Fever kick off their campaign on May 9 with a home matchup against Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings. For the first time since July 2015, Clark will be back playing in Gainbridge Fieldhouse in a Fever uniform.
It has now been nine months since the two-time All-Star last saw WNBA action. Clark suffered a season-ending groin injury, limiting her to just 13 games in 2025. The former No. 1 overall pick is now fully healthy, though, and she has every intention of making up for lost time.

Caitlin Clark reunites with Aliyah Boston, Indiana Fever
Clark took a significant step toward her long-awaited return to WNBA action on Sunday. This is after she reunited with her Fever teammates in Indianapolis for the first day of training camp.
The Fever took to social media to post a photo of Clark with teammate Aliyah Boston, who just signed a massive four-year extension with the team.
“ABC² has arrived to training camp
” the Fever posted on Instagram.

Clark shared the post via her Instagram stories. The 24-year-old had no words as she reacted to her big preseason move with the Fever. Instead, Clark opted to use emojis to express her reaction. The former Rookie of the Year had no caption in her post, adding four camping emojis to reference the start of training camp.
Apart from Boston, the Fever also re-signed Kelsey Mitchell, Lexie Hull and Sophie Cunningham to new deals. However, they also lost several players in free agency. The Fever signed a host of free agents, while also adding three rookies in the WNBA Draft.
Clark will reunite with her core, but she will also be playing alongside many new faces in the upcoming season. Training camp will not only serve as Clark’s ramp-up heading into 2026 but also be a chance to familiarize herself with her new teammates.
