Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark (22)

Caitlin Clark will lead the way for the Indiana Fever in the upcoming 2026 WNBA season. The former Rookie of the Year is now back to full strength after a forgettable 2025 campaign that was marred by injuries.

Clark was limited to just 13 games last season, averaging 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 8.8 assists, 1.6 steals and 2.2 triples per game. Despite her limited time on the court, Clark was still named an All-Star for a second consecutive year.

The Fever are well aware of the fact that Clark can’t do it all on her own. This is exactly why they have surrounded her with a formidable roster ahead of what they’re hoping will be a deep playoff run in 2026.

Indiana Fever officially announce training camp roster

Training camp for the Fever will start on Sunday. The players have flown back to Indianapolis over the past few days, eager to get to work.

On Saturday, the Fever officially announced their 16-woman roster for training camp.

“training camp starts tomorrow ⏰” the team posted on Instagram.

As the graphic suggests, it’s Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston who will help Clark lead the charge for Indiana. Both stars signed big-money contracts with the team during the offseason, securing their futures with the franchise.

Lexie Hull and Sophie Cunningham are also returning after signing new contracts in free agency. Damiris Dantas is also back, while Makayla Timpson heads into her second season with Indiana.

The Fever lost some players in free agency, but they also brought in some new faces. This includes Monique Billings, Myisha Hines-Allen, Ty Harris, Shatori Walker-Kimbrough, Kayana Traylor and Megan McConnell.

Indiana scooped up three rookies in the 2026 WNBA Draft, headlined by No. 10 overall pick Raven Johnson. She is joined by Justine Pissot and Jessica Timmons.

Head coach Stephanie White and her staff will trim down the final roster to 12 players. The Fever open their season on May 9 at home against Paige Bueckers and the Dallas Wings.
