OTL: Could Ravens Add to Secondary in Round 1 Again?

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

For multiple reasons, it feels like the calm before the storm today. Later on, GM Eric DeCosta and company will address the media at the annual “Liar’s Luncheon,” which is sure to provide a variety of smoke screens ahead of the upcoming NFL Draft. Tomorrow, our Baltimore Ravens will launch their new look. Then, of course, comes the Draft itself.

But focusing first on the team’s new uniforms, ProLine Mockups took on an interesting project by guessing how each team’s jerseys would look if made by Under Armour. Needless to say, that hypothetical is particularly interesting for Baltimore:

If the new Ravens wardrobe has this look, would you be happy? Personally, after all the 30th anniversary mockups and AI slop we’ve seen, I would expect something more.

Meanwhile, the far more important conversations will focus on the upcoming NFL Draft. RSR alum James Ogden has put together an amazing 2026 Draft Guide for Ravens fans – It’s absolutely a must-read ahead of April 23rd:

Similarly, The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec released a big board for Day 1 targets, which includes a number of prospects fans have raved about, as well as some just now gaining steam.

While we’ve talked ad nauseum about the likes of Vega Ioane and Kenyon Sadiq, fans seem torn on WR Jordyn Tyson. While the production and potential are there, the injury concerns scare fans. At the same time, Garrett Ferguson points out how unique Tyson’s injuries have been as an argument for the WR.

At Pick 14, though, I’d steer clear.

Along similar lines, Steve Palazzolo recently mocked Tennessee CB Jermod McCoy to Baltimore:

McCoy says he’s 100% but is coming off a torn ACL. With so much invested in him and so many prior failures with injured prospects, I’d be somewhat surprised to see the Ravens pull the trigger here. That said, in an argument against drafting S Caleb Downs (if by some miracle he’s available), Cole Jackson outlines why outside CB could be a position worth taking a swing on early:

Assuming he’s healthy, adding McCoy to the CB would allow Humphrey to focus on the slot and let Hamilton truly be Jesse Minter’s Swiss army knife. If that’s achievable, Hamilton could be in line for some major recognition:

And, with LSU product Mansoor Delane visiting on Tuesday, we know Baltimore could be looking at the position:

I don’t hate it! But what about trading back?

While it certainly takes two to tango, the bottom-heavy (is that a thing?) nature of this year’s class could make it worthwhile to stock up on Day 2 & Day 3 picks. If Baltimore were able to recoup additional selections and still end up with the likes of  EDGE Keldric Faulk or WR Omar Cooper Jr., I would personally be ecstatic.

With just over a week to go before someone’s name is called, where do you think EDC will look? Sound off in the comments!
