Scott Ritter: Iran Fires 'Unstoppable' Missile – US Navy & Jordan Under Dual Attack (Video)

The escalating tit-for-tat conflict has disrupted the region, with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) targeting the strategic Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan.
The IRGC fired a barrage of 20 ballistic missiles toward Jordan, claiming they successfully bypassed defenses to strike targets near U.S. Patriot missile installations. However, the Jordanian military reported that its air defense systems successfully intercepted 18 of the 20 missiles, while the remaining two fell harmlessly in unpopulated areas. No casualties or significant damages have been verified. The missile strike followed a decisive move by the U.S. military, which intercepted multiple Iranian ballistic missiles aimed at a U.S. Navy warship over a two-day period. In a direct response, U.S. forces targeted and destroyed five Iranian crude oil tankers near Kharg Island and the port of Jask. Crews were warned to abandon ship prior to the strikes, and no casualties were reported from the destroyed vessels. In the wake of losing its tankers, the IRGC issued an ultimatum warning all commercial crews to immediately evacuate oil tankers docked at or near ports in Kuwait and Bahrain, threatening that those vessels will be targeted next for hosting and assisting U.S. forces. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio firmly warned Tehran from Colombia that the U.S. pressure campaign will continue, stating, “Iran continues to try to hit U.S. naval ships, and for every time they do that… they’re going to lose tankers.” Concurrently, the Trump administration levied sweeping sanctions hitting 27 Iranian airlines linked to supporting the IRGC.
