Earlier today I reported, “PROJECT AMERICAN STORM: CIA RUNNING INDUSTRIAL LEVEL CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING at CLOSED WOMEN’S PRISON in LIVE OAK, CALIFORNIA”.

UPDATE:

I telephoned the County of Sutter, California, today regarding the Leo Chesney Correctional Facility, which is a closed women’s prison located in Live Oak, California. I spoke with “Development Services” regarding a man named David Bryan who poses as a Christian pastor of the Church of Glad Tidings.

I called for comment on the County of Sutter’s involvement with the Leo Chesney prison, which has been purchased by PEACE OF HEAVEN INC. Official records show the California property closed in Nashville, Tennessee, with First American Title Insurance Company. Tax statements are mailed to Dave Bryan, Live Oak, California.

I address the issue of “Certification of Occupancy” which pertains to the closed women’s prison in Sutter County changing its use from adult occupants to un-identified sexually abused babies and children that mysteriously arrive in the care, custody, and control of paramilitary men (e.g. Craig (Sawman) Sawyer) and pastors (e.g. Troy Brewer).

The Sutter County official I spoke with said the women’s prison is located in Live Oak and took the position that the City of Live Oak, which is incorporated, is responsible for the prison, and that the County of Sutter has no involvement.

I disagreed that the County of Sutter does not have jurisdiction because taxpayers and voters elect county commissioners to represent the interests of the people of the county, which is where the prison is located.

I was directed to the County Administrator, Steve Smith, but was not able to make contact at this time.

Troy Brewer, a CIA child sex slave trader of 30 years, recently appeared on FOX NEWS where FOX NEWS attempted to deceive the American public into thinking Brewer (who admits he houses thousands upon thousands of child sex slaves) is ‘rescuing children’ in coordination with the TRUMP ADMINISTRATION and U.S. DEPARTMENT of HOMELAND SECURITY which is a seditious LIE.

U.S. Court records in multiple cases, including cases in Minnesota and Tennessee, show Craig (Sawman) Sawyer, VETERANS FOR CHILD RESCUE INC, is a co-conspirator with a fellow Defendant – an attorney from Florida – who, according to BISS LAW OFFICE, created false social security numbers for children being smuggled out of Haiti by Laura Silsby.

My investigation continues and I will report as this matter of National Security unfolds.
