Alec Baldwin - love and hate again abounds, let's have a REASONED conversation (NOT Emotional Hysterics)...
OK, Alec Baldwn in the NEWS again.
NOT all the News they CHOOSE to bother to FIT and PRINT in their Propaganda Rag (you know who I’m referring to) – but ALL THE QUESTIONS necessary to Ask and Answer…
He crashed his Wife’s vehicle into a tree. The STARTING POINT (based on statistics of past similar happenings, a “theory” to begin with based on) in any of these cases is always WHY were you SO CLOSE to avoid hitting that vehicle (or, had to swerve off road cuz not enough stopping space available, to try avoid ramming the back of another vehicle) and FROM THERE look at evidence that builds case FOR or AGAINST that starting point.
Now, first, my Personal position – cannot stand HIM. And sadly, per usual, most of the #ENEMEdia outlets are providing BIASED COVERAGE rather than HONEST JOURNALISM…
CAN WE ANALYZE without our FEELINGS clouding the analysis?!?!?
CAN WE ANALYZE without OTHER FACTORS have ZERO to do with THIS INCIDENT?!?!?
Sadly many CAN NOT, Left or Right, but I CAN….
UPDATE WILL FOLLOW PART WAY DOWN, but I am going to LEAVE all that I previously posted for you to see my HONEST/EARNEST first reactions…
First Alec’s CLAIMED DEFENSE:
The Garbage Truck forced him off the Road.
Well, I saw the video…
Yes, the Garbage Truck’s OWN ON BOARD CAMERA shows it veering toward the shoulder [NOTE: more on the "Shoulder" or not Question in the UPDATE down-thread] and the Baldwin vehicle whizzing past on its right side, off the road, and into the tree. That POSSIBLY suggests Truck driver forced the vehicle from the Shoulder to completely OFF THE ROAD – but THAT ALONE is only PART OF THE STORY/PICTURE)…
So, is there – IN JUST THAT SHORT VIDEO SNIPPET – reasonable to suggest the Truck driver has ANY, small, cuplability, and beyond once/if we can locate other evidence of the overall incident, and Alec may be AT LEAST PARTIALLY be correct in his attempt to SHIFT BLAME to the Truck?!?!?
OK, YES, at first glance – HOWEVER, and before I go into the HOWEVER parts, let me add WE NEED TO SEE WHAT ALL HAPPENED on/via that Camera for the couple minutes leading up to THAT POINT for any other clues FOR or AGAINST the Truck driver. Seeing the minutes before what shown thus far MAY add IMPORTANT CONTEXT.
NOW, the pretty OBVIOUS, questions beyond his claim and that video SNIPPET (again, given the usual “starting point” (yes, initial investigative ASSUMPTIONS, have to start somewhere) when a vehicle rear-ends (or goes OFF ROAD to avoid rear-ending)).
RELEASE THE EVIDENCE from the Baldwin (very modern vehicle, will have ON BOARD COMPUTER evidence) of WHAT speed was HE traveling at when shown whizzing past the Truck and into the tree?!?!?
What is the SPEED LIMIT on that road? What SPEED were both vehicles traveling at the time and place of the incident?!?! WAY MORE NEEDS ASKED AND ANSWERED, not just try make ASSUMPTIONS.
Which begs other obvious questions – how/why did he get so close to the back of truck (that obviously is a type that should be expected could want/need make frequent stops!!!! (garbage trucks, buses, etc. (if you know me I am not fond govt regulations, but may beg question do garbage trucks have their own safety light designation flash if when operating in trash collection mode warn stops maybe industry together adopt voluntarily (say “purple” (not red, green, yellow, something else) same as “lights” on vehicles) rather than require regulation))) fast come up not, based what Baldwin openly stated, felt give himself adequate stopping distance and therefore had try swerve around (via shoulder, an illegal move) then hit tree (cuz, yes, indeed, perhaps driver gone onto shoulder also potentially given Alec room illegally go him shoulder)! All relevant to SPECULATE and therefore INVESTIGATE to rule in or rule out!!!
There are ENDLESS potential/possible VIOLATIONS of what Alec could have, should have, DONE so that this incident would have NEVER, EVER, HAPPENED!!!!!
That is HONEST and FAIR (first) analysis (given next to any REAL REPORTING of the incident to have more to go on yet). BOTH could have SOME CULPABILITY, but the bottom-line in any REAR END COLLISIONS (and this was that, except to avoid such Alec attempted ILLEGAL GO AROUND to avoid) is WHY DID YOU NOT LEAVE SUFFICIENT DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND VEHICLE IN FRONT OF YOU?!?!? Was he DISTRACTED DRIVING???? therefore didn’t notice Truck til TOO LATE to have sufficient stopping distance? Or, again, indeed, was he AGGRESSIVE DRIVING and NOT CARE about what Truck in front of him was or was not doing and have RIGHT OF WAY (wait to if could POTENTIALLY, properly, LEGALLY, PASS ON LEFT (if in valid/proper allowed PASSING ZONE))?!?!?
The incident, as stands now, CREATES MORE QUESTIONS THAN ANSWERS at this point.
WE NEED VIDEO from a Traffic Cam, if available. NEED VIDEO from a Security Cam from any potential Building along that roadway THAT CAN/WILL GIVE ADDITIONAL VANTAGE POINT for analysis. Video of Cars going the other direction on that same road may have captured the incident on their Cam, Etc…
FURTHER INVESTIGATION NEEDED – Can we PLEASE STOP JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS WITHOUT ENOUGH FACTS (as I already engaged in SPECULATIONS, did NOT jump to a conclusions (no way say/said I THINK THIS OR THAT HAPPENED AS A CERTAINTY but potentially MAY HAVE BEEN A FACTOR) – just started the Questions process and some potential “what-if’s”) to make an HONEST/REAL DETERMINATION of what % either/both MAY HAVE AT FAULT here!!!
I DO NOT LIKE ALEC, I make NO BONES about my DISLIKE OF ALEC, however PRINCIPLES not PERSONALITIES (my ALWAYS and never changing slogan/stance (consistent value, no matter the players involved)) matter – and the PRINCIPLE HERE is WHAT ARE THE FACTS (even partially mitigative) vs EMOTIONAL HYSTERICS RESPONSES!!!!
Evidence, so far, suggest, WHEN VIEWED HONESTLY, Alec clearly IN VIOLATION of various Rules Of The Road (and, yes, perhaps, SOME CULPABILITY of the Truck drive BUT UNTIL THERE IS ANY REAL EVIDENCE SHOWING SUCH he cannot be BLAMED for this incident)!!!! [Given the RECENT UPDATE (just a few more lines away here-in this piece), this may NO LONGER BE THE LEANING - to me now this is 100% UP IN THE AIR AND COMPLETELY OPEN QUESTION who indeed really has FAULT. INITIAL information leaned one way, now given an UPDATE may change direction of the investigation. We MUST be OPEN to where THE FACTS (known at any given point) lead, not EMOTION.]
I want TMZ to DIG and FIND MORE EVIDENCE – REAL FACTS, not only hand-pick things they may PREFER ONLY SHOW to help protect their Leftist friend. IF evidence further demonstrated Alec’s FAULT then SHOW US THAT. IF indeed any EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE helps exonerate Alex SHOW THAT (I want to know/see) and if not “outright exonerate” (which at this point I find hard could, given what I’ve already outlined above) at least demonstrate THE TRUCK DRIVER somehow (HOW?) has some culpability/fault?!?!?
UPDATE (Wed. Oct. 15th 2025 19:49ET):
PAGE SIX has released, or I should say, was able to BETTER SEE the “DashCam Video” been on the News all day today – SO MUST OFFER CORRECTION, getting a BETTER LOOK at the video makes clear THERE WAS NO SHOULDER along that road (to even attempt to go around the Truck on its right side)!!!! So, with having said that, OTHER QUESTIONS REMAIN VALID (still not even being ASKED by “supposed JOURNALISTS” yet):
The PAGE SIX Report further clarified Alec’s claim THE TRUCK CUT HIM OFF – the open Question (additional CONTENTION now) is that DID THE TRUCK PULL OUT INTO THE ROADWAY UNSAFELY FROM A DRIVE-WAY OR SIDE-ROAD and indeed CUT ALEC OFF (having pulled onto his Roadway Alec had RIGHT-OF-WAY on; on-coming Traffic THE OBLIGATION to enter onto SAFELY)?!?!? Again, WITHOUT FURTHER VIDEO EVIDENCE or EYE-WITNESSES that may have seen more THIS STILL ALL REMAINS SPECULATION (and HE SAID, HE SAID, back and forth). What does Stephen Baldwin, reportedly in vehicle with Alec, say about all this?!?!? WHY haven’t we heard what HIS ACCOUNT of the situation was/is yet?!?!?
So, given this LATEST LOOK, the BALDWIN ACCOUNT is indeed PLAUSABLE. Is there EVIDENCE for or against or we just supposed to leave this as HE SAID vs HE SAID (which advantage goes to Alec if Stephen who was in the vehicle with him TELLS THE SAME ACCOUNT of the incident (then up to Police investigation to gather any evidence that supports or refutes such)).
I PERSONALLY have not tried to GOOGLE EARTH MAP (remember too, FACT, GEM system is snapshots NOT LIVE Sat. images, and things CAN/DO change over time (GEM of my block still shows a long ago replaced ribbon driveway and massive tree in backyard now gone of my property)) the location (I do not have exact coordinates) BUT WHY THE HELL HASN’T THE SUPPOSED PROFESSIONAL MEDIA not done that yet?!?!? IS there a drive-way or road-way that indeed the Truck EVEN COULD HAVE pulled out from?!?!? Knowing that, BOTHERING TO DIG INTO THAT, aids the investigation that it was/is “plausible” or DEBUNKS the possibility it could have happened if no place there for the Truck to have IMMEDIATELY turned on from (completely shifting potential BLAME to the Truck drivers guilty) NOT GIVING ALEC chance/time to react or not.
WHY THE HELL do WE have to be the one’s DOING THE JOB the #ENEMEdia should be doing?!?!?!
I want to KNOW if Alec is TRYING TO GET OUT FROM HIS OWN FAULT to blaming someone else – OR INDEED he is THE VICTIM here of BAD DRIVING BY SOMEONE ELSE maybe shouldn’t have a Drivers License caused the incident?!?!? Again #PrinciplesNotPersonalities – who is correct who is potentially OPENLY LYING to deny obligation/guilt.
