Pokrovsk Direction: Liberation of Most of Timofeyevka and Successes of the Russian Armed Forces on the Southern Flank of the “Pokrovsk Salient”

The situation in the Pokrovsk Direction is developing rapidly – the Russian troops are advancing in the area from Timofeyevka to Yasnobrodevka. Despite the involvement of new units, the AFU command has failed to stabilize the situation and stop the advance of the Russian Armed Forces. The position of the Ukrainian formations remains stably difficult, Russian assault troops are bypassing the fortified positions of the enemy and are actively hunting for armored vehicles using new drones.

▪️On the northern flank, the Russian Armed Forces units have occupied the southern part of Timofeyevka, where a crossing over the Kazenny Torets River used by the enemy to supply its units is located. The enemy still holds positions in the north of the village, but the main part of it is already under the control of the Russian troops. South of the settlement, Russian assault troops have occupied a major AFU stronghold. At the same time, the “wedge” into the positions of the Ukrainian formations, which is formed as a result of the liberation of Timofeyevka, will simplify the subsequent advance on the neighboring Vozdvizhenka and Lisichnoye.

▪️The Russian troops have established control over Veseloye, located northeast of the railway, along which the Russian Armed Forces had previously advanced in this area. Enemy units have retreated to fortified positions northeast of the settlement. To the south, Russian assault troops were able to approach Zhelannoe and, according to some information, have already entered it in the area of the railway station. However, it has not yet been possible to confirm this information either by footage or by reports from “on-the-ground” sources.

▪️A major AFU stronghold to the east, previously mentioned (https://t.me/rybar/62178) by us, has apparently also been successfully occupied by the Russian Armed Forces units. This became possible largely due to the previously formed “semi-circle” around the enemy’s positions, which allowed to cut off the AFU units defending in this area from supply. Now, the Russian troops have the opportunity to develop the offensive to the south, bypassing the strongholds of the Ukrainian formations on the right bank of the Volchya River.

▪️On the southern flank of the “Pokrovsk Salient”, the Russian troops are gradually advancing towards Mezhevoe, relying on the previously liberated Novoselova First. The enemy, seeking to slow down the advance of the Russian Armed Forces, is actively mining the approaches to both Mezhevoe and the neighboring Skuchny. Minefields are also being set up in the area of the Volchya riverbed west of both settlements, which represent the last line of defense of the enemy on the left bank. After their liberation, the Russian Armed Forces will have the opportunity to cross the water obstacle and develop the offensive towards Kamyshevka, creating a semi-circle around the AFU units fighting on the Zhelannoe – Mezhevoe line.

The situation in the Chasiv Yar direction remains difficult.

The enemy is holding the 10th Brigade or the 83rd Battalion in the specified sector. He has concentrated his main efforts on holding the line along the canal and preventing the breakthrough of our troops beyond the canal itself.

At the same time, the Novyi and Zhovtnevyi neighborhoods are essentially destroyed, and it is quite difficult to consolidate there. Therefore, in Chasiv Yar itself, the main enemy forces are in the area of the refractory plant.

At night, “Baba Yaga” and FPV drones are very active, trying to disrupt logistics. Our units have managed to consolidate in the eastern part of the Novyi neighborhood and north of the Orlova tract in some areas.

Due to the complexity of the situation, we will omit the exact location of our troops, but they are present over a fairly wide area.

Currently, the enemy is able to conduct holding actions. It can be stated that as we advance through the neighborhood and on the flanks, the enemy will lose his advantage. The initiative still remains with our units, and the AFU’s hopes of holding Chasiv Yar until the end of the year will not be justified.

South Donetsk direction: Russian Armed Forces take control of a section of the T-05-24 highway southwest of Kostyantynivka

In the South Donetsk direction, the situation continues to develop dynamically: if just a few days ago we wrote (https://t.me/rybar/62260) about a significant expansion of the control zone of the Russian Armed Forces almost along the entire line of contact, then on the eve there were new evidence of the advancement of Russian troops.

▪️Units of the Russian Armed Forces have occupied an area north of the T-05-24 highway in the vicinity of the village of Peremoha. This is also evidenced by footage from the enemy side, which shows strikes on advancing Russian armored vehicles.

▪️Southwest, assault groups have cut off a section of the T-05-24 highway connecting Kostyantynivka and Vuhledar. The advance in this area was more than two kilometers, and a Russian flag was installed in the cargo bed of one of the vehicles on the highway itself.

▪️At the same time, the Russian Armed Forces continue to strike at the enemy’s front-line and rear facilities. One of the hits hit (https://t.me/voin_dv/10060) an AFU ammunition depot on the territory of the former Agrotis agricultural company’s hangar.

Russian forces delivered another series of strikes on enemy targets across the so-called Ukraine. Explosions were heard in the areas of Odesa, Kirovohrad and Mykolaiv, where an airfield was hit overnight.

Ukrainian formations launched drone attacks on Krasnodar Krai – air defense crews intercepted four UAVs, but there was some damage. The Crimean Peninsula also came under enemy fire again.

▪️ Sevastopol repelled ATACMS strikes with cluster munitions overnight. Unexploded submunitions are being inspected for possible transportation/on-site destruction, with partial road closures in the city. No reports of casualties.

▪️ Late in the evening, the Russian Armed Forces struck targets in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Region, and an airfield in Mykolaiv Region. Explosions were reported in Kryvyi Rih, Kirovohrad, Kropyvnytskyi, and Zaporizhia. Missile weapons and strike drones were used.

▪️ From Sumy Region, there are reports of the AFU preparing for a possible Russian advance from the Kursk Region. The enemy is concentrating equipment and personnel in the area, removing road signs, and conducting enhanced counterintelligence measures.

▪️ On the Kharkiv axis, the “North” grouping reports that the Russian Armed Forces continue to hold the defense.
