Chicago Bulls: Caleb Wilson said something to ignite fan base
With some luck in the NBA lottery on Sunday, the Chicago Bulls are set to take a potentially franchise-altering selection with the No. 4 pick.
Duke standout Cameron Boozer and North Carolina forward Caleb Wilson are the two most likely picks for the Bulls at No. 4.
Chicago is expected to be happy with either Boozer or Williams. Boozer is more of a polished athlete, whereas Wilson needs more time to develop but has a higher ceiling.
During an interview with ESPN at the NBA combine on Tuesday, Wilson made a comment that will excite Bulls fans. He listed Chicago legend Michael Jordan as an example and said he finds something to motivate him through anger for games.
“I try to make it personal like Michael Jordan,” Wilson said, via Brett Siegel. “I find something that pisses me off and I flip the switch.”

Wilson and Jordan were both starts at UNC. Jordan went on to win six NBA championships with the Bulls. Wilson could be the next big star in Chicago.
Wilson suffered a hand injury in February that prematurely ended his season. Even while he was on the bench, Wilson was intense, vocally confronting his teammates after a loss to NC State in February.
“I’m not going to share that,” Davis said. “I mean, I respect your question. I really do. And I do. I think it’s a great question.
“Where I’m coming from is I think there are things that are said between us as a team that should stay between us as a team. But I think that’s a great question. That needs to be shared with just us.”
Wilson would be an energizing prospect for the Bulls, and he could bring a fire to Chicago that the roster desperately needs. The Bulls have been stuck in mediocrity for a decade, and Wilson could be the type of player that won’t tolerate that type of complacency.
