Murderer Let Off on Insanity Defense Runs Back to Tajikistan
The prosecution could have rested its case with the John Hinckley fiasco many years ago. Yet evidence continues to accrue that the insanity defense is insane. The same goes for open borders, as this story from the New York Post confirms:
A Virginia man [LOL] found not guilty by reason of insanity in a 2019 killing fled the United States on a one-way flight to Tajikistan while on an approved 48-hour pass from a state mental health facility, according to court records.

Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda left the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute (NVMHI) on July 6 for an authorized 48-hour pass. He was required to return two days later, but he never did, FOX 5 reported, citing court documents.
Too bad authorities don’t have an address for Toshpulodzoda in Tajikistan. They could send him a strongly worded letter demanding he return for further counseling.
Toshpulodzoda murdered his landlord, so no wonder he received kid gloves treatment from the commies running Virginia.
FOX 5 reported that Toshpulodzoda had previously been allowed to travel to Washington, D.C., in 2024 to obtain a passport, with support from the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office.
